This 10-week EZ Vert training program is designed to give you quick results! A little over 2 months is not that much time, especially for beginners, so it is extremely important that you are fully committed and ready to put in some serious work! This was created to help you build a strong baseline level of leg strength, and then progress into more explosive movements. The EZ Vert 10-week program will most definitely add inches to your vertical leap, leading you to unlock that next level of athleticism.
