Hello everyone and welcome to EZ VERT! My name is Josh Sproul and I am currently a Doctor of Physical Therapy STUDENT at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. I graduated from McDaniel College in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology. During my time at McDaniel, I competed for the men’s basketball and track & field teams.
My love and passion for jumping developed as I was growing up, watching my favorite athletes throw down such fascinating dunks. I always wanted to be able to dunk like them, but I always thought it wouldn’t be possible unless I grew to be 7 feet tall… And that did not happen because I am only 6 feet tall (6’1 with shoes)… As I got older, I realized that if I trained my muscles in such a way that they would help me jump higher then my dream of dunking a basketball could come true… And that is exactly what I did. I committed and spent much time learning how to train my vertical jump. Eventually, I was able to grab the net… then touch the rim… then hang on the rim… then my first dunk.. then my first windmill dunk… and then… 100s of in-game dunks and several track & field championships…
The bottom line is this… I don’t want you to waste time trying to figure out the BEST way to improve your vertical jump. That is why I have created EZ VERT. I have done the work for you and simplified the process, so you can reach your VERT goals much quicker than it took me.
ANYONE can IMPROVE their VERTICAL JUMP & ATHLETICISM… YOU just have to be willing to put in the work. The EZ Vert team, and myself, are ready to give you everything you need to unlock your true potential. The only question is are you ready to take your VERT to the next level
